Job Summary

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners
• Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional front-office experience
• Support smooth day-to-day front desk and administrative operations
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, including designers, architects, vendors, and customers
• Manage front desk operations such as calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate guest access
• Provide information about products, services, and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and events
• Handle incoming mail, courier packages, and material samples
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  
  

Work Location & Timings:

• Locations: Whitefield, JP Nagar, Yelahanka
• Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
