Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Skin & Aesthetic Clinic)Location: Andheri
Experience: 1–3 years (clinic/hospitality preferred)
Job Summary:We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage patient interactions, appointments, and overall front office operations at our skin & aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and attend to clients in a polite and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and appointment bookings
- Maintain patient records and update CRM/software regularly
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
- Explain basic treatment details, offers, and packages to clients
- Manage billing, payments, and invoice generation
- Ensure clinic hygiene, ambience, and front desk presentation
- Handle client concerns and escalate when required
- Follow up with clients for appointments, reviews, and feedback
Requirements:- Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)
- Prior experience in clinic, salon, or hospitality preferred
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
