Company Description Suvatsalya Child Growth & Development Centre is a multidisciplinary child development center focused on supporting children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting children, families, and visitors, managing check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with therapists and administrative staff to ensure smooth flow of sessions and consultations. The receptionist will handle basic clerical duties such as maintaining records, updating appointment logs, managing correspondence, and supporting front office administration. The role also involves providing clear information to parents and caregivers, addressing routine concerns, and ensuring a professional, courteous experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with children, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and directing inquiries.
- Clerical skills such as record-keeping, appointment scheduling, data entry, and handling basic office correspondence.
- Ability to maintain a calm, empathetic, and organized presence in a child-centric environment.
- Prior experience in front desk, administrative, or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, education, or child services.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email, and appointment/CRM software).
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or related fields is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
