BSI Physiotherapy is looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our Marathahalli clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional approach.
- Manage appointments and patient scheduling.
- Handle phone calls and front desk operations.
- Maintain patient records and coordinate with the clinical team.
- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Well-organized with good multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.
Work Schedule:
🗓️ Monday to Saturday
