Role Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, performing a variety of administrative and customer service duties. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, welcoming and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a well-organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficient in Receptionist Duties and basic administrative tasks
- Efficient Clerical Skills, including organizing and maintaining records
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office tools, such as email, scheduling software, and phone systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
