1. Clinic Manager
Job Description:
* Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
* Manage staff, schedules and patient flow
* Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists and front-desk team
* Monitor patient experience and service quality
* Handle administrative tasks, reports and operational requirements
Requirements:
* Strong communication & leadership skills
* Prior healthcare/clinic management experience preferred
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
2. Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Job Description:
* Manage appointments, calls and patient registrations
* Handle front-desk operations and patient coordination
* Maintain records and assist with daily administrative tasks
* Ensure a welcoming and professional patient experience
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Presentable and professional personality
* Basic computer knowledge
* Healthcare/clinic experience preferred
