Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions including the implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The daily tasks will involve supporting the HR team in recruitment processes, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR records and databases.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) systems
- Skills in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant educational background in Human Resources or related fields is a plus
