Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, provide excellent customer service, manage incoming communications, and coordinate daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a professional and organized reception environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring positive and efficient interactions for students, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including handling office equipment and record management
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Customer Service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
