Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: South Bombay, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and attend to clients, ensuring a premium and personalized experience.
- Manage the front desk with utmost poise, maintaining a refined and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and management seamlessly.
- Assist high-net-worth clients with inquiries, refreshments, and coordination during their visit.
- Manage courier services, visitor logs, and ensure confidentiality of client and company information.
- Coordinate with the Sales, HR, and Admin teams for day-to-day operational support.
- Oversee the presentation of the reception area, ensuring it reflects the elegance and prestige of the brand.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Relations Executive with preferably in a luxury brand, boutique, or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Impeccable grooming standards and a confident, graceful presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high-profile clients with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools.
