-Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
-Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments
-Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
-Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff or management
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
-Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
-Provide basic information about the company’s services and assist with general queries
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
-Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
-Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
