Front Desk Receptionist – Balaji Associates
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Nagpur headquarters for a Front Desk Receptionist. You will handle front desk operations for our Pan-India electrical contracting and engineering firm, including greeting clients and visitors, managing calls, scheduling project meetings, and supporting office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, contractors, and visitors while directing them to engineering/project teams.
- Answer, screen, and route phone inquiries related to tenders, services, and site visits.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars for leadership, and coordinate site logistics.
- Manage office supplies, filing for project docs, basic clerical tasks, and use of computer applications as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to support our electrical contracting operations.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist skills for a professional engineering environment.
- Proficiency in clerical duties: scheduling, filing, and office coordination.
- Excellent communication and customer service to engage clients and team members.
- Organizational skills with multitasking for dynamic project timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); good typing speed (40+ WPM) is a plus.
- Prior front desk experience preferred; high school diploma required (admin certification a bonus).
