Anagami Wellness is Guwahati's first integrated wellness ecosystem — bringing physiotherapy, psychological therapy, recovery therapies, nutritional counselling, and a movement studio under one roof. THE ROLE
Position: Receptionist & Client Relations Executive
Location: 5th Floor, Subhash Tower, Jayanagar Road, Jayanagar, Guwahati 781022
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: Base salary (commensurate with experience and skills) + performance-based commission
Work Mode: In-office only — no field work required
This is not a standard front-desk role. You are the first voice of Anagami. Every client, corporate partner, and referring professional who reaches out — by phone, WhatsApp, or walk-in — meets Anagami through you first. Your ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally across languages will directly shape how people experience the brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client Communication
• Handle all inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email — qualifying, informing, and converting leads into bookings
• Manage appointment scheduling across all service lines: physiotherapy, therapy sessions, recovery services, studio classes, and café enquiries
• Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest but not yet booked
• Provide accurate, confident information about all services, pricing, and practitioners
B2B & Corporate Relations
• Identify and reach out to corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, and businesses for wellness tie-ups and group packages — all activity conducted from the Anagami premises
• Maintain a pipeline of B2B leads, track conversations, and coordinate with the marketing consultant for strategy alignment
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners: doctors, physiotherapists, HR professionals, and wellness coordinators at corporate organisations
• Represent Anagami's brand voice accurately in every B2B communication — written and verbal
Front of House
• Welcome walk-in clients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Manage the daily appointment register and ensure no scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate between practitioners and clients for session confirmations, changes, and follow-ups
• Collect and log feedback from clients after visits
• Handle basic administrative tasks: maintaining records, managing the enquiry log, and reporting daily footfall and conversion metrics

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese — able to switch seamlessly between all three in a single conversation
• Warm, unhurried, and professional on the phone — you make people feel heard, not processed
• Confident communicator in written English for WhatsApp, email, and B2B correspondence
• Comfortable discussing health, wellness, and clinical services at a general level — you do not need a medical background, but you must be willing to learn what we offer in depth
• Based in Guwahati and able to commute to Jayanagar
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar or equivalent scheduling tools, and basic spreadsheet use
Preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role: hospitality, healthcare front desk, wellness, retail, or corporate client servicing
• Prior experience in B2B lead handling or corporate sales support
• Familiarity with the wellness, healthcare, or fitness industry
• Experience using a CRM or lead tracking system

COMPENSATION
Base salary is offered commensurate with your experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skill. In addition, you will earn a commission on B2B conversions and client bookings generated through your outreach and follow-up.
This means your total take-home is in your hands — the more effectively you build relationships and convert enquiries, the more you earn.
