Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Front Desk Officer at Arron Insurance Brokers Private Limited. The responsibilities include welcoming clients and visitors, managing front office operations, handling inbound and outbound communications, Courier Records, maintaining other records, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and visitors effectively
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing phone calls, appointments, and visitor logs
- Customer service skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience
- Familiarity with operating standard office equipment and handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prior experience in office administration and organizational capabilities for multi-tasking
- Professional and approachable demeanor with attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other basic software tools
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
