One of our clients, a new-age real estate development company redefining modern living in India, is looking to hire professionals for Guest Relations and Front Office roles.
The role involves managing front desk, welcoming and assisting walk-in clients, coordinating site visits, handling customer queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective buyers.
Location : Faridabad | 6 Days Working from Office
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
Requirement: Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, channel partners, and visitors at the experience center / sales office, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage the front desk, including handling incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and directing clients to the relevant sales representatives.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective buyers in alignment with the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records, client information, and basic documentation in the CRM or internal systems.
- Support the sales and administrative teams with day-to-day coordination and client follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth front office operations while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and guest experience.
