Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at our Zostel property in Mcloedganj Dharamshala, India. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Additional duties include supervising reception activities, coordinating with the operations team, and resolving guest concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure delightful guest experiences and effective problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations, including handling booking systems efficiently and coordinating schedules seamlessly.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively handle guest interactions, inquiries, and team coordination.
- Ability to multitask, remain organized, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferable but not mandatory.
