Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in South Delhi for a Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Manager will manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring outstanding customer service for all clients. Responsibilities include overseeing receptionist duties, managing appointments and reservations, greeting clients, addressing inquiries, and enhancing overall client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with administrative staff and maintaining the reception area’s professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
- Proven ability in Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills, including professional verbal and written interaction
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in a similar front desk or customer-facing role preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling software or tools is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
