Role Summary
Digital Nest is looking for a well-groomed and presentable Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
● Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
● Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
2. Communication & Coordination
● Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments.
● Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments.
● Handle basic queries and provide accurate information about the organization.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
● Manage meeting room bookings and schedules.
● Coordinate interviews and visitor appointments.
● Ensure smooth flow of daily front office operations.
4. Administrative Support
● Maintain records of visitors and incoming/outgoing couriers.
● Handle basic documentation and filing tasks.
● Assist in day-to-day administrative activities when required.
5. Office Etiquette & Presentation
● Ensure professional appearance and grooming at all times.
● Maintain a polite, helpful, and positive attitude.
● Uphold company image through excellent front desk management.
