Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar, for a Front Desk Manager at Clay by Lingaraj Granites. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, guiding them through our offerings, and managing reservations. Additional responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, maintaining an organized front office space, and collaborating with team members to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, managing front desk operations, and handling reservations
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on creating a positive customer experience
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
