Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at our showroom in Bhubaneswar. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer inquiries, coordinating reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring professional communication and service standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a positive and helpful experience for all clients
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management to ensure seamless operations at the front desk
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective client interaction and correspondence
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with office software, and knowledge of reservation systems
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality/retail sectors is an advantage
- Ability to stay professional and solution-oriented in customer-facing scenarios
