Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Bhubaneswar. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, greeting clients, managing reservations, addressing customer inquiries, handling customer service needs, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will also manage receptionist duties and ensure seamless communication between team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including front desk operations and handling client check-ins and inquiries
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and scheduling systems
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or a related customer engagement role is an advantage
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
