Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram location. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and members. The role includes coordinating with the operations team, managing appointments, maintaining a professional workspace appearance, and addressing client needs promptly. Additionally, the Front Desk Manager will play a key role in fostering a sense of community and ensuring top-notch customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills to maintain positive interactions with members, visitors, and staff.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities for managing schedules, appointments, and office operations seamlessly.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and addressing client inquiries.
- Proficiency in Office Administration tools such as scheduling software, email platforms, and document management systems.
- Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills to address operational challenges and ensure a well-maintained workspace.
- Flexibility and Ability to Adapt in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
