Advanced Hair Studio is looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive with telesales experience to join our Hyderabad team.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🕒 Experience: 3-5 years preferred
📌 Immediate joiners preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handling front desk operations and walk-in clients
• Managing appointments, consultations, and client coordination
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Converting inquiries into consultation bookings
• Following up with leads and maintaining CRM records
• Coordinating with consultants and internal teams
• Ensuring excellent client experience and communication
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in Front Desk / Reception / Telesales
✔ Comfortable with follow-ups and client coordination
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM and computer operations
✔ Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
✔ Experience in healthcare, wellness, salon, or aesthetic industry will be an added advantage
