💼 What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the co-founder on day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives
- Manage schedules, follow-ups, and coordination across teams
- Draft emails, documents, and professional communication
- Research events, partnerships, and opportunities — and apply where relevant
- Ensure things don’t fall through the cracks (you’re the organized brain behind the scenes)
- Anticipate needs and take action before being asked

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, dependable, and quick to take ownership
- Energetic with a strong hunger to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Someone who’s always thinking: “How can I make this easier for the founder?”
