Role Overview
As a Front Desk / Guest Experience Manager at ALTR NATIV, you will be one of the key faces of the brand and play an important role in shaping the guest experience from arrival to departure.
You will be responsible for guest relations, front desk operations, daily coordination, and maintaining the overall atmosphere and energy of the property.
The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, emotionally aware, calm under pressure, and excited to work within a more intimate and unconventional hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Creating warm, personalized guest experiences
- Building genuine rapport with guests and assisting with recommendations, requests, and local experiences
- Handling guest communication across calls, WhatsApp, OTAs, and social platforms
- Coordinating with other departments like housekeeping, F&B, and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Ensuring rooms and common areas meet ALTR NATIV’s presentation and hospitality standards
- Resolving guest concerns calmly and efficiently
- Assisting with community experiences, workshops, events, and social gatherings hosted at the property
- Maintaining a strong eye for detail across guest touchpoints
- Contributing to the overall vibe, culture, and atmosphere of the space

Preferred
- Prior hospitality, guest relations, café, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- *Strong* English communication skills
- Comfort with social media and digital communication platforms
- Willingness to relocate to Goa if not already based here
