Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and personable individual to manage the front desk and oversee the day-to-day operations of our co-working space in Kottayam. This role combines customer service, operations management, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for all members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience
* Greet and assist members, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
* Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and workspace tours
* Manage bookings for desks, cabins, meeting rooms, and event spaces
* Ensure a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere
Operations Management
* Oversee daily workspace operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other vendors
* Ensure all facilities (Wi-Fi, power, meeting rooms) are functioning properly
* Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies
Sales & Member Management
* Convert walk-in leads into paying customers
* Follow up on inquiries and maintain a lead database
* Assist in achieving occupancy and revenue targets
* Manage member onboarding, documentation, and billing coordination
Administrative & Accounts Support
* Maintain records of clients, agreements, and payments
* Assist with invoicing, receipts, and basic accounting coordination
* Work with accounts using tools like Tally (preferred)
* Prepare basic reports (occupancy, inquiries, collections)

Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, co-working, or office administration
* Proficiency in Malayalam and English (mandatory)
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and office tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling ability
* Ability to multitask and work independently
