Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and proactive Front Desk Executive who will act as the first point of contact for clients while also supporting sales coordination, proposal preparation, invoicing, and CEO assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations professionally
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Generate invoices and maintain billing records
• Maintain CRM data and sales documentation
• Schedule meetings and provide executive assistance to the CEO
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales coordination and follow-up capability
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of invoicing and proposal creation
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Preferred Qualifications:
• Any graduate
• Prior experience in front desk, sales support, or coordination roles
