We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our Kolkata Branch. The role represents the face of the office and is responsible for ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for all students, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and ensure a warm, professional welcome
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently and politely
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, presentable reception area
- Coordinate meeting schedules for the Branch Manager
- Schedule and manage client appointments with counsellors
- Maintain daily visitor logs and front desk records
- Prepare basic reports using Excel / Google Sheets
- Update and manage client information in CRM systems
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk / reception role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Bangla, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with CRM systems or quick learner
- Presentable, well-organized, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
