Front Desk Executive / Business Coordinator
Location: Zirakpur / Chandigarh (Work from Office)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Front Desk Executive / Business Coordinator who can serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting client communication, telecalling activities, coordination functions, and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, emails, and general correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for internal teams and management.
• Conduct introductory and follow-up calls with prospective clients, architects, consultants, facility managers, and businesses.
• Support lead generation and business outreach initiatives through telecalling and follow-up activities.
• Maintain client databases, inquiry records, and communication logs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, and Management teams for smooth information flow.
• Assist in quotation sharing, documentation follow-ups, and customer communication.
• Manage courier dispatches, incoming documents, office records, and filing systems.
• Maintain digital records, spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation.
• Support the organization of meetings, training sessions, events, and internal activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and maintain coordination across departments.
• Uphold professional communication standards while representing the organization.
Desired Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer-facing skills.
• Good coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Confidence in handling telecalling and business communication responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Front Office, Reception, Telecalling, Customer Support, Administration, Coordination, or Business Support roles will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
