Role Description
We are a growing SME looking for a Junior Receptionist / Front Desk Executive who is enthusiastic, organized, and willing to handle multiple responsibilities in a small‑team environment. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai, Goregaon (East) for a Front Desk Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk management: handling calls, visitors, and couriers
- Reading, screening, and replying to customer care and general inquiry emails and forwarding emails to the respective functions.
- Travel coordination: ticketing, hotel arrangements, visa documentation and liason with travel agents
- Coordination with AMC vendors ensuring smooth functioning of office systems, supplies, and infrastructure.
- General administrative and operational support as required by the office.
- Accounting related support as and when required.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to take up varied responsibilities in a small organization
- Candidates preferred from Goregaon and nearby areas
