Role Description
The Front Desk Executive is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing day-to-day receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. The Front Desk Executive will also assist with scheduling appointments and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records, responding to emails, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Experience or skills in receptionist duties, including scheduling and maintaining records
- Customer service skills with a focus on delivering a high-quality service experience
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Basic computer and administrative skills, including familiarity with email and office software
- A welcoming demeanor and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related areas are preferred
