Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive based in Chennai. The Front Desk Executive will manage receptionist duties such as greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and overseeing the front office area. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with general administrative duties, and ensuring the organization’s front-facing operations run efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service capabilities
- Experience in handling Receptionist Duties, including managing visitors and coordinating front office tasks
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and multitasking skills
