Role Overview:
We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organisation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while creating a welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
● Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area appearance
● Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
● Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
● Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper office entry procedures
● Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
● Coordinate courier, dispatch, and office supplies management
● Support HR/Admin team with day-to-day office coordination Requirements”
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● 1–3 years of experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Admin Support
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Pleasant personality with professional appearance and etiquette
● Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
