Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at Omchery’s Skin Clinic, located in Delhi, India. The Front Desk Executive will manage reception duties, including welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries in person and over the phone. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clinic staff, maintaining an organized front office space, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and ability to handle inquiries with professionalism
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including handling appointments and front-desk operations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling tools
- Previous experience in a similar role or a healthcare setting is advantageous
- A professional demeanor and a client-centric approach
