Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Front Desk Executive will handle visitor management, offer excellent customer service, manage phone communications, and carry out receptionist duties. Responsibilities also include supporting administrative tasks, providing accurate information about hospital services, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation to enhance patient and visitor experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional handling of phone communications
  • Experience performing receptionist duties, including visitor and appointment management
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or office management are advantageous
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus
