We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our real estate office for Ludhiana. The role focuses on visitor management, call handling, and administrative coordination. The Reception team will not handle property sales or client property inquiries directly.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
- Manage incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned sales/admin departments
- Maintain visitor records and entry registers
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness
- Handle inward/outward couriers and office documentation
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist Admin/HR team with documentation and basic coordination
- Manage office supplies and reception inventory
- Handle general front desk email communications
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
