Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, ensure a welcoming experience, and support coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist all walk-in clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and other teams for client appointments
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments
  • Support client experience by providing basic information about MAGPPIE products and services
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist in coordinating internal meetings
  • Assist in administrative tasks as required
Key Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
  • Presentable personality with a professional demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
  • Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently
  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
