Role Description
As a Front Desk Executive at GRD Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering queries, redirecting calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Additionally, you will ensure the premises are orderly and assist with basic administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Organizational and multitasking skills for managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks.
- Technical proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle inquiries and tasks in a professional manner.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in a reception or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and additional local languages will be an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
