IMMEDIATE HIRING: We’re hiring a Front Desk Executive (Patient Experience Role) at Gelos Dentistry, Mohali.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will handle daily administrative tasks including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. They will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries, maintaining records, and assisting in a professional and friendly manner.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Maintains high standards of grooming and etiquette
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English
• Is warm, courteous, and attentive to patient needs
• Can manage interactions with calmness and professionalism
• Understands the importance of first impressions
Details:
• Mohali | 9 hours/day | Sunday off | No night shifts
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 (based on communication and overall profile)
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly approach
- Proficiency in handling phone etiquette and managing receptionist duties
- Experience in providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with scheduling systems and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or administrative support are advantageous
