Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive
to manage front office operations at our banquet hall. The ideal candidate will be the
first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth
coordination of events, and efficient communication among internal teams. This role
requires basic administrative skills, effective communication, and prior experience in
the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly
manner.
Handle prior appointments, inquiries, and event bookings efficiently.
Coordinate and communicate with internal staff including operations, banquet,
housekeeping, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain front desk operations including call handling, visitor management, and
information dissemination.
Prepare, draft, and respond to basic email communication related to bookings,
inquiries, and internal coordination.
Maintain and update records, bookings, and guest data using MS Office (Excel, Word,
Outlook).
Assist in managing schedules, event calendars, and client follow-ups.
Handle guest concerns or queries politely and escalate issues when required.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry such as hotel, resort,
banquet hall, club, or related organization in a Front Desk Executive or similar role.
Education:
Minimum Graduate preferred (any discipline).
Basic English proficiency for email communication
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: There No Salary Bar for the right candidate (higher hike possible based on
experience and negotiation).
Work Timings:
As per banquet operations and event schedules (flexibility required).
