We’re Hiring – Front Desk Executive

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive based in Bengaluru (Vidyaranyapura, T. Dasarahalli). The Front Desk Executive will oversee daily reception duties, such as greeting patients, managing appointments, maintaining front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities will also include handling inbound calls, maintaining patient records, managing inquiries, assisting with scheduling, and facilitating communication between clients and staff. The role requires excellent organization and problem-solving skills to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service to foster a welcoming environment and effectively assist patients
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing calls, inquiries, and patient coordination
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including appointment scheduling, front desk operations, and record management
- Attention to organization and time management with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Working knowledge of healthcare or wellness practice operations is an advantage
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
