Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and coordinating communications, while providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include maintaining the reception area, addressing inquiries, and supporting smooth daily operations of the showroom.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including building rapport and maintaining professional relationships
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, such as managing calls and handling visitors
- Proven Customer Service experience to provide a welcoming and helpful environment
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or office management are advantageous
