Role Overview
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, handle client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Handle inquiries related to ongoing real estate projects and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documents.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Support HR and sales team with coordination activities when required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (real estate experience is an advantage)
- MBA Fresher can also apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused with a polite and positive attitude
