Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Lucknow. The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining records and documentation, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Organizational and multitasking skills, along with attention to detail
- Proficiency in office management tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities, including visitor management and telephone handling
- Customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Prior experience in office administration or reception roles is a plus
- Familiarity with basic administrative procedures and record-keeping
