Role Description
ASICS is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Executive for an on-site contract role located in Gurgaon. The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer and visitor experiences. Responsibilities include greeting clients and guests, managing incoming calls and correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies inventory, coordinating office services, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for welcoming guests and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Organizational proficiency and attention to detail for managing schedules, correspondence, and supplies.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including basic computer and office software skills (e.g., Word, Excel, and scheduling tools).
- Time management and multitasking ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is advantageous.
- Flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; a degree or relevant certification is a plus.
