Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to provide a premium customer experience while managing front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Customer Experience:
- Welcome and assist clients with a professional and courteous approach.
- Understand client requirements and guide them appropriately.
- Ensure every visitor receives a warm and personalized experience aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information regarding appointments, services, and store offerings.
Front Desk Operations:
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client communication.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with basic documentation and data management.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and appointments.
- Support the team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Prior 1–2 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with luxury brands, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer service environments.
- Ability to handle clients with patience, confidence, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
