Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Customer Support professional, located in Pune City. The role involves managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service to clients or visitors, and answering customer inquiries both in-person and via phone. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in customer service being an asset
