Role Overview
The Front Desk cum Back Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and operational support across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments/meeting schedules
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Back Office Operations- Perform data entry, documentation, and filing tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor coordination
- Assist in preparing reports and official documents
- Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
