Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk role located in Hyderabad. The Front Desk professional will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as managing receptionist duties, welcoming patients, answering phone inquiries with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through the services offered. Additionally, the role involves maintaining organized records, assisting with customer service needs, and ensuring a positive experience for patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including knowledge of basic office software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to provide a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors
- Prior experience in healthcare or diagnostics is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
