𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

You'll lead our #frontdeskteam, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Be our ambassador, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and strong community spirit.

𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥:

Oversee check-in/out, ensure smooth operations, and maintain accurate records.

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Show new guests around the hostel, creating a positive first impression (within the first 5 minutes!).

Be a quick learner, adaptable, and possess a genuine passion for hospitality.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Hospitality experience with a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse audience.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in hospitality software

Flexibility for various shifts.

Fluency in English (regional language preferred).
