Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Associate at our ITC Hotels location in Goa. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, greeting and assisting them with check-in, check-out, and queries during their stay. Responsibilities include handling reservations, managing phone communications, coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and addressing guest concerns in a professional manner. You will also handle administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records and managing payments.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy, including experience with reservation systems and office software
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A professional and welcoming demeanor
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
